Our services are most often structured as monthly retainers. This model allows us to work with consistency, foresight, and priority so your home is not merely maintained, but thoughtfully supported over time. A retainer relationship enables us to anticipate needs before they arise, notice patterns, and manage household operations with the same care and discretion that exceptional executive assistants bring to their principals.

However, we also understand that life does not always move in predictable rhythms. For specific projects, transitional moments, or clearly defined needs, we offer flexible hourly support. This ensures access to Gentle Order without unnecessary commitment, while still upholding the same standards of care, discretion, and excellence.

Our goal is to function as your personal household assistant — available full-time or fractionally depending on what best supports your life right now. We do not simply complete tasks.
